Description

US Cutter markets it as the 28" model. It's actual cutting width is just slightly under 24".

Training

To get permission to use the Vinyl Cutter you have to be trained by a Tool Steward. Want to streamline the process? Watch the prepared video below and take some notes! Bring your notes into the training session and the process will go much, much faster!

Possible Starting Settings

Recommended cutting knife angle based on material thicknesses:

45° - 2-6 mil / 60° - 6-15mil

45° blade, 200-400 speed (depending on complexity of design), 70-80 pressure

Recommended material thickness: 6-15mil

Thin magnet sheet

60° blade, 100 speed, 320 pressure
